Welcome to Day 3 of the Gabby Reece Show Podcast 2022 Experiment. Today’s focus is on your ‘Mental Health’ -> Anxiety -> Breath Work -> Hormones -> Metabolic Health –> Sleep
We have 5 goals from the experts for you to try.
1) ANXIETY CHECK | Where does your anxiety live in your body? Chest, Throat, Limbs? You can’t think your way out of a feeling problem, it’s about moving a feeling out of your body. Know where it shows up for you and see if you can find a technique to move it out. @anxietymind Russell Kennedy

2) BREATH AS A SOLUTION | Use Breath as a tool to calm your nervous system. Your breath is available anywhere, anytime. Breathing influences every system and function within the body and if done properly, it will promote oxygen transport to all the vital organs and tissues of the body. Breathing can act as the doorway to a calm, relaxed mental state and can be used to control fear, anxiety, anger and stress while promoting restful sleep. Through correct breathing habits, new levels of health, performance, fitness and wellness can be realized, for any application or activity. Performance Breathing® @xptlife @coachpjnestler

Having a cool dark environment, limiting caffeine after lunch, shutting off devices in the evening, and moving your body at least once in the day are also must do’s that I am sure you have heard many times, but they do help. Do you have a routine that works for you? Please share it as it may help someone else!
